Nhatrang 11/7/23

When I arrrived in country, it seemed the Army had no idea where they wanted me. I volunteered to get on the next Freedom Bird and fly back to home, but that didn't seem to be one of my options. Instead they saw "computer trained" and decided I needed to be in a helicopter unit. Next thing I know, I'm loaded into another plane and sent to NhaTrang - a small city on the South China Sea. There were a few of us in the same position and the guys at NhaTrang had no need for us. So, we'd pull details in the morning (picking up litter in the company area and such) and then be cut free to do as we will for the rest of the day! You can see exactly what we did.
